PAYMENT AND WAITLIST POLICY

• To secure your child’s enrollment, all registration fees must be paid in full no later than three weeks prior to the start of the camp session. Campers with unpaid balances after this deadline may be moved to a waiting list. This policy helps ensure fairness, as many sessions reach capacity quickly, often as early as February or March. Timely payment guarantees your child’s spot and allows our team to plan staffing, activities, and group assignments effectively.
• A convenience fee of 2.9% will be added to your order for credit or debit card payments. No fees on ACH, eChecks, Checks or Cash. Payments made by cash or check may be delivered directly to the church office. To ensure accurate processing, please include your child’s full name and the specific week(s) they will be attending. This information should be written in the memo line of the check or included on a note attached to any cash payment.
